| 解説 | パーカーポイント: (92 - 94)点 予想される飲み頃：2021 - 2035 The 2016 Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru les Cras was cropped at just 10.5 hectoliters per hectare due to the frost damage. Yet still， it has retained a very complex and mineral-driven bouquet with discrete scents of sea cave and oyster shell permeating the red and black fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin that frames a surprisingly juicy Chambolle-Musigny considering the frost damage. Then toward the last third， it tapers a little and becomes more compact， linear and sappy that together suggest this will be a long-term prospect. Against the odds， it is one of the best premier cru Chambolle-Musignys from a tumultuous season. (234， The Wine Advocate， 30th Dec 2017) |

ドメーヌは1924年にジョルジュ・ルーミエによって設立され、1945年にドメーヌの瓶詰めを開始。1992年には孫のクリストフ氏に引き継がれました。彼らはその卓越したワイン造りの才能でコート・ドールの偉大な地位を獲得しています。
ブルゴーニュのなかでも最も知的で知識豊富な造り手の一人であるクリストフ氏のワイン造りの哲学は「私たちはピノノワールを造るのではなく、ピノノワールを通して表現されるテロワールからワインを造る」という彼の言葉に最もよく表れています。
ルーミエの「ミュジニー グラン クリュ」は、2021年の高価なピノ・ノワールのリストにおいて、ルロワ、DRCについで3位にランクインしました。年々価格が高騰し入手が困難になっている生産者です。
