| 解説 | パーカーポイント: 96点 予想される飲み頃：2023 - 2038 Based on the 2015 vintage and disgorged in February 2022， Selosses NV Extra-Brut Grand Cru Chemin de Chalons derives from the Cramant part of this lieu-dit that straddles Cramant and Avize; the vines， planted in the first half of the 20th century， have been a source for the domaines massale selection. Bursting with aromas of buttered toast， tangerine， white flowers and toasted nuts， its full-bodied， broad and textural， with an ample core of fruit thats underpinned by bright acids， concluding with a long， precise finish. ジャック・セロスはビオディナミ農法を発展させたカリスマです。セロスの畑の樹の活力やブドウの熟成は別物です。ブルゴーニュで学び、樽を使う醸造法を完成させました。一次発酵も二次発酵も野生酵母を使用します。
有機的な栽培、樽による醸造、ソレラシステム、単一畑のキュヴェ……多くのグローワーが彼の背中を追いかけ、テロワールを表現する方向に向かいました。彼ほど大きな影響を与え、若い造り手を触発したグローワーはいません。総生産量5000ケース弱のシャンパーニュは、世界中で探し求められ、プレミアム価格をつけています。
